HARVESTING PROCESS OF KRATOM

We pay great attention during the Kratom harvesting process. The harvesting time also needs to be precise, for a good product, the harvested tree needs 6 months to grow and harvesting is done in the morning. After the harvesting process is completed, the picked Kratom will go through a washing process or washing the Kratom with clean and flowing water, which is done by our trusted partners using complete and hygienic tools and equipment.

DRYING PROCESS

After being thoroughly washed, Kratom is moved to the drying room. This process is one of the most important steps. In this drying room, we use a drying system inside an airtight room to avoid dust and bacteria. We use fine nets inside the room to drain the remaining water on the leaves. The drying process takes 3 to 4 days to get a good quality and completely dry Kratom.

GRINDING PROCESS INTO POWDER

After the harvesting and drying process, we will continue with the process of crushing the leaves and separating the leaves from the veins. In this crushing process, we need fully dried leaves. The separation and crushing are done manually using our team’s hands to ensure stability in the separation process and to obtain intact leaves. Then, we crush the leaves into small pieces before grinding them into powder. After crushing, we can put the crushed leaves into the grinding machine, where we only need to pour the crushed product, and everything is processed by the grinding machine.
